Fruit shell activated carbon is a black granular activated carbon made of high quality apricot shells, peach shells, walnut shells, jujube shells and other natural fruit shells as raw materials, refined by high temperature carbonization, activation (superheated steam catalyst) and other processes. Excellent regeneration and utilization
1. Thermal regeneration: Harmful substances adsorbed on the surface of shell granular activated carbon can be removed by high-temperature treatment (usually between 300℃ and 10℃C). 2. Chemical regeneration: the use of chemical solvents or acid-base solution to remove harmful substances adsorbed on the surface of activated carbon. 3. Steam regeneration: The adsorbed substances in the activated carbon can be volatilized through steam treatment. 4. Microwave regeneration: Through the method of microwave heating, the activated carbon is heated to a higher temperature, thus promoting the desorption of adsorbed substances.
