honeycomb activated carbon has high strength, water resistance,
strong acid and alkali resistance, and can be widely used in wastewater treatment,
organic solvent recovery adsorption, and various catalyst carriers.
It can be used directly or placed in a purification cabinet or adsorption bed.
If the exhaust gas concentration is high and the emission volume is large,
two purification cabinets and adsorption beds can be used in rotation. During use,
try to avoid excessive temperature, which will reduce the adsorption amount,
and the adsorption amount will decrease with rising temperature; at the same time,
avoid high dust content and oil mist, because tar dust mist will block the activated carbon micropores,
increase resistance, and reduce the adsorption effect. If the use environment contains a lot of dense dust and tar,
a pre-stage dust removal filter should be installed to achieve the best use effect and the longest service life.

Honeycomb activated carbon is a new adsorption material made of
high-quality powder activated carbon
(coal carbon or coconut shell charcoal) and binder.
The main production process is as follows:
1. Mix 70% toner and 30% adhesive evenly in the mixer.
2. The obtained flexible activated carbon sludge is molded with a vacuum kneader.
3. After mixing evenly, use 60-100 mesh screens in the molding machine to remove impurities.
4. Different shapes of molds can produce honeycomb activated carbon of different shapes.
The molded products become wet honeycomb activated carbon.
5. Cut the wet honeycomb into precise specifications and sizes through different cutting equipment.

7. After 3 days of drying, enter a calciner and calcinate at a temperature of 800-900 degrees
