Xingsen Laboratory And Quality Control Center Introduction
Xingsen Carbon was founded in 1980. At that time, it cooperated with the Chinese government to develop and supply high-quality impregnated and modified activated carbon for personal and collective protection. Nowadays, many chemical industries and pollution prevention enterprises in China still rely on Xingsen activated carbon to protect first responders and military personnel from homeland security threats.
Xingsen carbon has strict quality control processes to ensure that all product indicators are accurate.There are 20 inspectors, including 6 inspectors for raw materials, 8 inspectors for production processes, and 6 inspectors for finished products. All raw materials are inspected. Every step, such as raw material inspection, carbonization, activation, drying, crushing, screening, and packaging, is checked. All activated carbon is inspected 100%. A quality review meeting is held every month to review the problems, and we will formulate plans with the help of tools, such as the COA report. And the products will be sent to third-party testing institutions like SGS for testing.
