Xing Sen Activated Carbon Organized the International Trade Department to go to Laojun Mountain and Xi ‘an for Group Building Activities

In order to enrich the cultural life of employees and enhance the cohesion of the team, Xingsen activated carbon organized all the staff of the International Trade Department to carry out team building activities in Laojun Mountain and Xi ‘an from June 15 to June 17.

On the morning of the event’s first day, employees boarded buses to Laojun Mountain Scenic Area in Luoyang. Upon arrival, they split into 8 teams for a mountain climbing competition. Along the way, three check-in points were set up, each featuring tasks such as knowledge quizzes about activated carbon production and team collaboration games. Despite the steep mountain paths and significant physical exertion, the team members supported and encouraged each other, and all successfully reached the summit within 2 hours, enjoying the breathtaking natural scenery of Laojun Mountain.

The next day, the team traveled by car to Xi ‘an, the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties. In the morning, the employees visited the World Heritage Site, the Terracotta Army Museum of Emperor Qin Shi Huang. Through the detailed explanations from the tour guide, they gained a deeper understanding of the historical background and craftsmanship of the terracotta warriors. In the afternoon, they explored various attractions, including the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Tang Dynasty Nocturnal City, immersing themselves in Xi’ an’s rich historical and cultural atmosphere. Many employees also made a special trip to Hui Street to enjoy local specialties like roujiamo (a type of steamed bun filled with meat) and mutton soup with bread (a traditional dish).

On the last night of the team building, the company held a victory banquet at a restaurant near the Bell Tower in Xi ‘an. During the dinner, each group shared their funny stories and insights from the activity, and the management awarded prizes to the groups that performed well in the mountain climbing competition. The on-site lottery and interactive games brought the atmosphere of the dinner to a climax.

The three-day cross-regional team building activity allowed employees to relax their body and mind after work, deepen their understanding of each other, and enhance the team cooperation ability. The participating employees said that they would integrate the team spirit gained in the team building into their daily work and contribute more strength to the development of the company.
