XingsenCarbon recently welcomed a customer from Zimbabwe to our manufacturing facility for an on-site inspection and technical discussion regarding coconut shell activated carbon for gold recovery.

Factory Tour and Production Inspection
During the visit, our team introduced the complete manufacturing process of coconut shell activated carbon, from raw material selection and carbonization to activation, screening, packaging, and quality control.
The customer toured our production workshops, warehouse, and quality inspection laboratory to gain a comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing capabilities and quality management system.
Special attention was given to the production of gold recovery activated carbon, including particle size consistency, hardness, iodine value, abrasion resistance, and product cleanliness—key factors that directly influence gold adsorption efficiency and carbon service life in mining operations.
Technical Discussion on Gold Recovery Applications
Following the factory tour, both teams held in-depth discussions on the customer’s gold extraction project in Zimbabwe.

To verify product performance under actual operating conditions, the customer selected several samples of our coconut shell activated carbon to conduct comparative testing after returning to Zimbabwe.
The testing will evaluate adsorption efficiency, mechanical durability, and overall performance within the customer’s existing gold recovery process.
These trial results will provide an important basis for the next stage of cooperation.
